Two Big Topics
One Great Location

"Big Data
&

A Walk in Their Shoes"

 When: Tuesday, April 7th at 11:00 a.m.
 Where: Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters
1 Glen Bell Way
Irvine, CA 92618
Details: Join SCRC this Spring as we tackle two big topics at one great location. Our keynote speakers, Bart Morse and Andrew Richburg, will address the hot button topics of big data and journey mapping, taking a more in-depth look at each and how they affect our industry.

Big Data is a popular term used to describe the exponential growth and availability of data, both structured and unstructured. Big data may be as important to business – and society – as the Internet has become.

Why? More data may lead to more accurate analyses. More accurate analyses may lead to more confident decision making. And better decisions can mean greater operational efficiencies, cost reductions and reduced risk.

Journey Mapping
Since the relocation is primarily a service based industry, understanding the "journey" your customers take during their interaction with you can be an incredibly useful tool to understand and improve your customer experience. No matter which part of the relocation process you touch, a great customer journey map documents your customer experience from your customer’s eyes, helping you to understand not only how customers interact with you today, but also identifies improvement opportunities.
