MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The Mentorship Program started in 2019 to create opportunities for members to connect with senior professionals in the relocation/mobility industry in an official mentoring capacity.

The mentoring is personalized, and the focus of the partnership is determined by mentor and mentee. The goals can vary and often result in tangible achievements in addition to the development of soft skills, overall exposure to the intricacies of the industry, and networking.

The program requires a one-year commitment (February through December) where the mentor and mentee work towards mutually agreed upon goals, maintain constant communication, and attend the YP mentoring events.

Becoming a Mentor:

We invite SCRC’s members and mid & senior-level career professionals, and retirees to consider the opportunity to mentor!
