    TOPIC:

Beyond the Move: Challenging Conventional Wisdom in Employee Relocation

After more than 35 years in the employee mobility industry, Chris Kline has seen just about everything. In this interactive session, Chris will share lessons from his career and discuss the inspiration behind his new book, Unpacking Employee Relocation: Take Control of Your Mobility Program, Reduce Costs, and Retain Top Talent. He'll explore five of the most important issues shaping mobility today, including several topics that have sparked lively debate across the industry, from referral fees and vendor compensation models to the evolving role of Destination Service Providers and other long-standing practices that may not always serve employees or clients as effectively as intended.

Following Chris's presentation, attendees will break into small table discussions to explore one of the key topics in greater depth. Together, you'll discuss how these issues may be affecting your own mobility program, your organization's policies, or the experiences of relocating employees. The session will conclude with an open Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to challenge ideas, ask questions, and continue the conversation.

Whether you work for a corporate mobility team, an RMC, or a relocation service provider, this session offers a rare opportunity to step back from day-to-day operations and examine how our industry's business models influence employee experience, client outcomes, and the future of global mobility. Expect candid conversation, practical insights, and perspectives that may challenge some long-held assumptions.

We can’t wait to see you there!

**$25 Late Registration Fee will apply for attendees who register after August 13th. Please also note that unfortunately due to commitments to our venue, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations.
